Richt is taking a page from the Saban playbook in recruiting. No way they stop at 29 either.

They must have an enormous Senior class or plan to run off (or have police haul off) a great deal of kids between now and next August.

They ran them off/ kicked them off the team last year. They are playing now with around 75 scholarship players.

They are going to sign 34-35 guys. That's been their plan since the end of last signing day. I remember reading articles about it then.

I dont get how we are always well under 25, especially with all the attrition we have annually in this program? When I bring this up in the hive insider board, I get the same comments "we have to reserve ships for deserving walkons..." bleh. Are we that undesirable to recruits that we cant find 25 guys deserving of a D-1 athletic scholly each year?

We don't have anywhere near the attrition they do, not to mention they have many more juniors that go pro early.

The bad part is that with this class of 34-35 they will sign as much tallent as GT gets in three years of recruiting.

I don't care.

Do they not count 2010 because Nesbitt was missing? or 2009 because he was injured in the game?

You're right... They sure as heck do not care about it. They chalk that one up as a win just like all the other 444 times they've claimed to have beaten us over the years.
I guess a win is a win

I hate to admit it, but notwithstanding Richt's judgment of character, he is one of the cleaner coaches in the SEC when it comes to oversigning.

Michigan and Ohio State have had legendary attrition rates for a decade in spite of the strict rules of the Big 10 when it comes to scholarships and recruitment.

Remember. It's all conspiracies at the highest level (GA Board of Reagants, CIA, Free Masons) that are collectively holding back GT football.

It can't be any of our own retarded policies that keep us uncompetitive.
