Link coming. On phone.

Louisville is back in the gutter and now part of the ACC.

Great.

Just heard on Finebaum that ESPN is reporting he is their first choice, but there is nothing finalized yet.

going to BCS bowl and coach leaving for higher paying job != back in the gutter

You are wrong; its going to be Jon Gruden and I guarantee it. This is nothing but either misinformed sources or intentionally bad spoon fed information. I can 100% promise and guarantee it will be Jon Gruden unless something disastrous and unexpected occurs, but I do not see that happening.

Also Chris Lowe makes no mention of anyone being hired at the University of Tennessee, so your thread title is incorrect.

Exactly. Because we already have our head coach, Jon Gruden (I attend the University of Tennessee, my father went to Georgia Tech).

Maybe he means Charlie Strong is visiting the state of Tennessee. :dunno:

Right...

Just wait my friend; I am not sure of when the announcement is occurring, but barring some unforeseen turn of events its going to be Gruden. TIFWIW

I must believe you since your posts are so definitive ... except for the whole "unless something crazy happens ..."

Nice leaving yourself a backdoor.

Just messin witcha. I think Gruden stays on TV JMHO.

Pretty sure he's trolling. No one really thinks Gruden is going to UT.

If something were to happen I think what went wrong would be explained in full detail on 8thMaxim.... But that something going wrong has yet to occur.

Well good. Because I'm öööö tired of rumors about John Gruden. It is about time someone hires him, finds out he isn't a very good college coach, and fires him in three years.

Might as well be UT(k).

My UT coworkers are not nearly as confident about Gruden. I honestly hope they get him though

DeRRy is spot on with this one. I have also heard from people deep inside the UTAA that it will indeed be Jon Gorden. Presser as soon as Monday.

Georges-Hunt plays really well for a freshman

and he screws up on defense just as I say it

This is the most reliable source there is. Its also been mentioned the boosters will 100% want their money back large and small, so if Hart does decide to go against the majority for whatever reason he's going to have UTK in debt trying to pay for rumored Strong with Shannon as his DC. Gruden till its not.

I don't care what comes out, because I'll have some appreciation for the world's most elaborate ruse, if wrong.
