Virginia stiffs Penn State

I will wholly support playing a game here. As a current Penn State student and colleague of more than a few alums, I'd love to see Tech beat the ever living piss out of PSU.


No way we're giving up the home game revenue.
 
Pschlong, pdick, ppecker, pwilly, none of that works. WTF is Tanton? Is that his middle name? I always assumed it was 'Danger'. Paul Tanton Johnson just make it sound like his mom was a Native American. When recruits visit do they smoke'um peace pipe?

Maybe UVA and the ACC has decided to not play against the Big Ten. UVA wants to hold the DC market, why give PSU a chance to look good there?

Personally I just prefer the theory that UVA is a bunch of d-bags. No other reason necessary.
 
I can only think that Cav Man expected a solid a** pounding from Penn State. When Penn State grabbed thier ankles in whoville, a disappointed Cav Man had to turn to the west coast to get the treatment he feels he deserves.

Welcome to the flats! Recent news is that UVA has canceled their series with Penn State leaving Penn State with an open slot on their schedule. Thousands of us (along with TV rights) would love to see us cancel an FCS team and schedule Penn State (especially given our Ted Roof and other coaching ties to the school). Would also make a great splash for yourself coming in. Hope you can make it happen. Good luck!

I sure would like to see it. Despite the switch with Clemson it'd also give us a sweeter home schedule for our normally not-that-great even years. Maybe since we're quasi-rescuing PSU they'd split some of the gate with us as long as well bring a certain minimum number of fans. :readthis:
