He's right that he got some bad info on that one. Unless a comedian's jokes primarily consist of using the word "redneck", farting, or playing a banjo, the GT fans in the crowd will outnumber the UGA fans.

I really don't think the GT vs. UGA gap is that big in Atlanta. UGA fans just tend to be more vocal because they're crass, many attempt to compensate because they did not attend UGA, and they tend to have a better football team that embraces marketing more (a clear fault of the GTAA).
 
He would have gotten cheers if he was on the blue collar comedy tour...

Conan's one of my favorite public figures. I only found out about the Atlanta shows last week. =(

Was that segment shown on television, or was that just a pre-show warmup? Couldn't tell.
 
Sometimes it is hard to tell if those retarts are booing or barking, but the audience cheered when he threw away the uga shirt, so booing.

I would also think the audience had quite a few SEC grads who would boo uga but would boo Tech a lot less or not at all.
