Let's win the games we are supposed to, then steal one from UGA(y) or Clemson. After all the butthurt we still have a great shot at being 8-4 and having a good season with a sophomore at QB AND a new DC. Can't complain.

This. Lets see how things look over this next stretch, but öööö if I'm not starting to think of this team as 2008 2.0. Of course, next week could be a öööö dumpster fire, but today was a pretty impressive shut out by the defense and our offense actually performed like our offense is supposed to. Feelin' pretty good right now.

Win out and it is exactly like 2008. Speak it and it will come true. We will win every game we play the rest of this season.

I don't wanna derail this thread into something too positive, but I'm amazed at how solid our OL looked today given how depleted it was. Do we know if CPJ really took over OL coaching duties this week as earlier reported?

First thing I noticed. Cuse has a pretty good DL. I'm not seeing what was bad today, except VL still not 100% with XP and making the right reads. I thought the D was night and day.
 
Pitt looks bad. Alabama A&M is bad. Clemons looks overrated yet again just like the Dwags. UVA sux.

Surely we can win a bunch of these games!
 
AJC reporting Sewak was not in the box, but on the sideline. Roof went upstairs for this one instead of the sidelines.

It came up in the post-game interview. CPJ said he asked Mike to come down to the sideline. Didn't give much explanation except that they had injured players(?) Ted asked CPJ to go up to the box.

I guess he's saying Sewak was down on the sidelines to coach the new starters between drives.

I dunno what CMS looks like... But CTR and CPJ were definitely roaming the sidelines today at the game.
 
Yeah, apparently one of the position coaches looks a good bit like Roof, because at the game I would have sworn he was on the sidelines.

Yeah me to... I just saw one of the TV clips. Guessing if he was up there at all he probably spent the entire game up there then?
 
If we play mistake free like we did yesterday, we will win games. No penalties, other than the offsetting one that doesn't go in the books.

Must have had a lot of snap count practice this past week.
 
CTR was in the booth. Asked CPJ if he could coach from there... CPJ told him it was his choice... Don't expect to see CTR on the field during the game next week!
 
"It's never as good or bad as it seems".

Syracuse was lost defending the option. They had no answer. Other teams who have seen our offense will do a better job defending it.

It showed them fisting each other after the game.

I saw when CTR was walking into the Booth....he had a case of keystones with him. Probably why he wanted to go to the Booth.
