My guess is that NCAA can't prove anything without cooperation from the dealers, and the dealers can't cooperate as they would lose access to the athletes.

So, Gurley will be back this season, but I don't think NCAA or uga will wrap up the investigation by Saturday. He sits out this one.

I wanna agree with you, but this game this week is the biggest division game for UGA....the fact that they're scared enough to already suspend him would worry me if I was a dwag fan.
