Not quite the offseason yet, but here is my list of main concerns for the offseason. I feel like if I air them they are somehow less likely to happen.

1. JT becomes academically ineligible. It happened with Reggie, right. Don't mean to offend, but I worry about a guy that commonly says things like "they was". Maybe it's just dialect...

2. Hunt-Days and Whitehead don't regain eligibility.

3. Byerly transfers to FCS. We need a good backup to JT, but he may not want to finish out his football career just getting mop-up duty.

4. Any of the aforementioned people get injured.

5. We lose any other relevant DL players or DL recruits for any reason. Our defense will not be good unless we improve at DL.

Of course there are always bad things that could happen like NCAA violations or disciplinary issues, but they seem relatively unlikely.

Any to add?

:bowrofl:

good job zulu. You know there's this thing called prozac.

6.) zulu continues to be a pussbag

I don't see why it is wrong to express concerns. One is supposed to blithely think that everything will go right and nothing bad will happen? Last offseason didn't go so well. The things I listed are all things the staff should be working to prevent.

Byerly already transferred once. Don't see him doing it again. How would our defensive line regress? Everyone playing now comes back and we have some young guys coming up.

I'm with eneq on this one.

This is the best thing in this thread.

OK, pile on. But please know that if any of the things I listed happen, they should have been anticipated and probably prevented

They all have been. Now watch the gif of the dog and shut up.
