It may very be Sewak who gets fired, but CPJ needs to really look at his entire staff, and make some hard choices. It was heartbreaking to lose to those mutts, but really after the season we've had, it makes sense. I hate to say that, but we are bad offensively this year. Spring can't get here soon enough.
 
Sewak will leave when CPJ leaves, either for another job or MBob firing him when he can afford to.
 
We have sucked since we went to one OL coach. Sewak obviously cannot do it alone. Get him help or try someone else. I am not convinced one coach can do it, particularly one from the outside. Need a Bedford to do some coaching.

Name one team besides us who has ever had two offensive line coaches? It is ridiculous that he ever needed help.

Any particular reason we have to wait until next year? Is there a moratorium on improvement during the season?
 
CPJ should be given an ultimatum on Sewak: fire him by end of the week or enjoy your time fishing with him.

Navy has 2. It is a complicated offense. Who else coaches 5 players?
 
At this point CPJ has to have resigned himself to, it's not about friendships it's business. No telling how many peeps Johnson has had to say sayonara to over the years. He dumped Todd Whassisname. Sewak'll wind up on his feet somewhere coaching peewee ball and they'll still get together as usual. But the trigger must be pulled. Similar to downloading Al Groh. If he doesn't can somebody (make staff changes) it will effect his legacy as a competent head football coach. Not to mention we just flat out need the relief!

The defensive back coach, the running back coach, every basketball coach, etc. With five years of coaching, a decent coach can do much better than this.

Yeah. This of all years is not the time to be looking for a coach. It's unreal the number of coaching changes this season so far.
 
Brian Cook has got to go as QB coach. If your backup is not ready/so bad that he can't see the field despite the crapshow that JT has been, he doesn't deserve to be a coach anywhere.

The only way it could be worse would be if they issued red capes and ordered them to act like bullfighters. We did that this year a lot, too...but they didn't have red capes.
