If you love it so much why don't you marry it?
I was actually thinking this morning about Bradley's CPJ damning article from a few weeks back and wondering when CPJ was gonna hit him back.
Let's check back in with Mark after we are 9-3
I'd prefer to see what the results are with top 25 recruiting classes.

Ok, let's be more realistic. Is a top 50 class a reasonable goal?We would be competing for the playoffs every year if we consistently had top 25 recruiting classes. Now how would we take a top 25 class and make them not fail out of Tech, that's another dilemma.
I think so, yes. That only means we need at least 1-2 4* players per year. Throw in the occasional year where we get 3-5 4* players (top 30) and I think we're competitive on a national level with this staff.Ok, let's be more realistic. Is a top 50 class a reasonable goal?

I don't understand the connection between money owed to basketball coaches and football success?I wanna see what CPJ can do when we're done paying basketball coaches who are not coaching here anymore. That program has been a detriment to our football success. I also wanna see AD Todd figure out some new ways to increase revenue. Hopefully bright sunny days are ahead of us.

Neither did drad or mbob.
CPJ's recruiting classes (Rivals)
2008 - 49

So he's had a top 50 class 5 out of 9 years and his average class is ranked 54.2.
And we have a lot less attrition than the average school (even though it doesn't seem like it) so we tend to take smaller classes than most, which of course, lowers our ranking. By star average, here are his results:
2008 - 47
2009 - 40
2010 - 24
2011 - 43
2012 - 34
2013 - 56
2014 - 35
2015 - 33
2016 - 52
Top 50 every year but 2013 (which has mostly been a bust... PJ Davis, Harrison Butker, and Ricky Jeune were in that class, as well as Corey Griffin and Shamire. No other contributors and two good RB prospects (Custis and D Wilson) never played a down) and 2016 (Dedrick Mills, Brandon Adams, Jahaziel Lee, Kenny Cooper, and Parker Braun all played significant snaps as TFr this year.) Average ranking is 40.4.
