I love his new age mentality. He is super likeable. In the already infamous cheese steak videos, he constantly talks about the kids having fun and rewarding them for their hard work. He finds innovative ways to motivate them aside from the traditional methods. I think it will help in recruiting and kids will want to play for him. I do sometimes worry that it's too gimmicky and we will quickly be over it. But hey, if the kids like it, I like it.

I want info on his staff.

Only 2 years as a head coach with mixed results, and unclear to me how much of the recruiting success at Alabama and our 07 class he was responsible for. High energy, yes, but so is Lane Kiffin.
