Anyone seen the billboards?

Yeah I noticed that most of these pics have been from the same angle at the same location. Surely someone on staff did this to distribute to them anyway. What good is it if the kids can't show it off to their friends/family?

Doesn't matter. Key is to get the ATL in the background.

There are two types of brands: those on the way up and those on the way down. It’s nice to have certainly around which we are.
I do believe Tech is on an upward trajectory. I live in Tallahassee, and trust me, the idiot FSU hired is going to run them further in the ditch

Do you reckon there's an opportunity to go after some FSU targets in recruiting?

This is great stuff from the recruiting staff. If we back it up with some energy and fire and actually protect Atlanta, watch out!

Yeah, that hire surprised me, too...Reminds me of the Miami hire in 2006 when they foolishly fired Larry Coker. Miami has been down every since...

True, but he is right.

They needed to ask us to send in pictures so it would be obvious this was all over the ATL.
Exactly. Probably cheapens the entire thing for the recruits. We should’ve scrapped the idea before we ever started. :lolfacepalm:

At least Coker could coach some. Taggart couldn’t spell cat of they spotted him the a abd the t

I love this stuff. When I was a little kid, in the end of the Dodd era, towns all over Georgia had lots of Tech fans. Over time, the appeal has been lost. This kind of stuff can only bring more exposure and winning will do the rest

Glad you Dodd guys are back in the mix. I met him several times as a kid. Legend. Let’s do this.

I think Larry Coker's firing was the first time a national championship winner was fired for performance (not due to rules violations). That said, he couldn't recruit like Butch and after a few years it showed.

Mack Brown at Texas, or did he retire? Les Miles? Chizik?

Not saying what they did or did not do. Just thought you brought up an interesting question.

Can't wait to see Mack Brown wandering aimlessly about the sidelines confused as to how college football has passed him by. I hope UNC sinks to Connecticut level of college football

They are pretty close to it now

They have talent right now, they just got rocked by injuries in 2017 and Fedora lost the team this year. If Mack makes the right hires, they’ll be ok, but he seems to be hiring people he worked with when he was coaching, so it’s a bunch of people the game has passed by. We’ll see, but I hope they end up stinking out loud too.
