Supposed to be a Heisman winner from long time ago. I guess he wore #7. I can’t read that signature so I don’t know who it is.
 
If you hold it upside down it reads “L nyg”

So Joe makes sense.
 
It doesn’t rhyme w broken leg, just end with it.

Pretty good second post too. Drop the second sentence and you'll fit in just fine around here.
 
Neither Theisman (pronounced Theesman til ND's SID got a bright idea) nor Cutler won it.....

Only 4 Heisman winners have worn #7:
John Huarte - ND - 1964.... a meh selection
Pat Sullivan - Auburn - 1971.... He certainly earned it, if nothing else for the way he played against GT
Danny Wuerffel - FL - 1996..... another meh selection
Eric Crouch - Neb - 2001..... another meh selection

Googling their sigs, none of the four fit.

If it's "#7" for the latest for their school, then USC-West (including the one reclaimed from Reggie Bush), ND, tOSU, & OU each have seven winners..... it's not Reggie Bush, Tim Brown, Troy Smith, or Kyler Murray for one very obvious reason.

Something is amiss or someone has some misinformation.

Its Theisman's signature but he finished second to Jim Plunkett for the Heisman.

No somebody at work gave it to me. They had a table full of free stuff. By the time I got there all the water bottles with the company logo were gone. I said oh man, all the cool stuff are gone. So this girl came over and said here you can have this.
