There was also a coaching change at FSU.
There isn't one this time.

Norvell already doing work in Tally. They've got two 5 stars and two 4 stars in the bag for the 22 class.
If they can hang on to them.

It's not a crushing loss if it happens. IMO, if Morris doesn't come here, it's not because he chose FSU over us, it's because we chose someone over Morris.

Who are we recruiting that you think we'd take over him? Not saying you're wrong...I just don't follow recruiting closely enough to know. Have heard a ton about Morris, but not any other 2022 QBs.

Majority of the top rated guys are already committed. Few that aren’t are reportedly close to committing elsewhere.

Losing Morris would hurt. But not too crazy to think that their could be more underrated guys that show out their senior year than usual this cycle due to all of the covid circumstances last cycle. This probably isn’t a make-or-break year at QB for us. But it’ll make ‘23 very important. And would still not be a good look considering all the local talent in the ‘22 cycle that went elsewhere.
 
Another wrinkle, I would think, in this cycle is the fact that at some point, they are gonna finally allow official visits. Could see a good bit of volatility among early commits at that point.

We have the California QB coming in. Plus we can always look to the portal where four star QB's are plentiful. In the end having more than three top rated QB's at the same time seems to be a potential morale risk.

Braden Davis, for one. But I also think there are some guys who recently committed that we had been showing more love to (Sam Horn) which meant MJ wasn't getting as much.

But FSU already has a QB1 in this class and I just don't see MJ committing to FSU as the 2nd QB on their class before we even have our first.

Jacurri Brown, but I don't think we will land him unless some things happen.
