Why does our OL look like dogsh!t?

They take after our fans. That’s why they look like dogshit.
Actually, are fans are generally little bitches that obviously don't know a damn thing about football if they can't see the obvious improvement of the OL from Collins's first year to now

Did someone stick the cob up your ass or is it self inflicted? Since when to we not count certain plays to get to your conclusion?

You know that if you stripped all of Calvin Johnson's TD plays away he was one of the most over hyped players in GT and NFL history?
Dude, tight games are usually determined by big plays and turnovers. The majority of the games what you do the majority of the time matters. If you’re averaging 3.0 ypc then on average you’re not going to be able to make consecutive and even less likely multiple first downs run int the ball. It’s just straight statistics. We threw the ball 23 times for 254 yds or 11.0 ypa. Literally we controlled the game thru the air. Our running game was pretty anemic.

If Yates had 3 passes for 180 yds and the other 20 only netted 75, it would be the same thing.

We should have controlled the LOS and ran when and where we wanted with relative ease against an FCS team like this. That was not the case and the numbers bear it out.

I’m glad we won and got the stink off us for last week’s debacle. I’m glad we didn’t need a miracle to make that happen as we were in control wire to wire. There were positive signs from yesterday but the running game was not one of them.

We’re likely gonna get hammered next week. Probably 45-14 territory, but if we aren’t run blocking much better to eat up the clock it could get real ugly. This was an FCS team with ZERO kids that can sniff Clemson’s 5 deep.

I think thats the problem. I see some improvements. What seems lacking is the edge. They still look like they are thinking and playing rather than moving bitches out the way.

"The edge"? What the öööö are you talking about? This isn't MMA. Our OL has progressed and is progressing. They have played two solid games this season.

The biggest issue we had yesterday was surrendering two long TD's on 4th and 4 and 4th and 3, one by rushing, the other by passing. That was unacceptable.

Our OL was not an issue.

Shaq Mason is the last time I’ve seen a Tech OL actually drive a DL backward (and I don’t mean cut block 3O crap….I mean standing up and driving someone back to a pancake block). We do not drive people around on our line.

Coach Key is also our run game O coordinator so it’s on him double duty.

Didn't watch Louisville or Duke games last season or notice it happen several times yesterday?

Just watch this coming weekend as our O linemen are driven into the backfield by the Clemson d line.
So your measure is against a team that Dabo has been building for 13 years. His 3rd year Clemson had a *gasp* losing record. When DRad showed up at Clemson, he met with Dabo and asked what he needed and opened up spending to put Clemson on the national map. So basically, your measure is Clemson next week. Well guess what? We were getting manhandled by Clemson before Collins showed up.
