Where did you see enough of Peery to know that he won't make "stupid mistakes" from what you've seen?

Didn't Peery lose part of his HS FB season due to CV19 stuff, so where have you seen enough of this QB play to know that he won't make stupid mistakes vs P5 Defenses?

To make that statement about replacing Sims with Peery after the last 2 Games means there nothing that Sims could ever do in your mind to deserve to start at QB for GT.

There is no way that you could've seen enough of Peery to feel better about him at QB vs Sims, you must really hate Sims to wrote what you wrote above.

I gotta ask, are you related to Peery?

#5 makes no sense at all because we don't have any QBs to run any type of Triple Option, I don't consider RPO to be the same as "the triple option" for bullet point #5

So you want Peery from HS FB in California to run this Triple Option that you spoke of in #5 above despite the fact that no QB on any Level of FB from Cali has run the Triple Option since Leroy Jethro Gibbs was playing QB for Pepper Rodgers in the Early to Mid 70s?

Dude, in the future, use that preview button to see how your comments are going to look when others read them, maybe check and see if the logic lines up.
Are you related to Geoff?

And sims and Yates are fast… you teach them, if you hand it off, pitch it, or run it, that’s the TO… most spread teams run it… hell even Bama runs it…
Edit: GEORGE GODSEY RAN THE TRIPLE OPTION AND GOT A 30 YARD RUSHING TD AGAINST UGA….

4 Transition better
5 Love your players more
All of these are important for sure. The “transition” is a polite way of saying flipping the roster. The coaches run their systems and work with what they’ve got. So (4) “Flip roster better” should be #1. (2) “Play at a high level” is second most important in the list for things to improve on the field so that’s in the right spot. You got two out of five right in a completely facetious post which is amazing.

1) an actual marketable approach to the team, not the money down crap. Even as a college football player, this seems pretty corny.
2) an absolutely revamped O Line, and O Line coaching staff
3) an actual front 7, not a makeshift 3-3-5, where we keep one of the linebackers outside the box, making it a 5 man box
4) I know I may get some slack for this, but I’m ready for Chayden Peery to get his shot at QB. I feel like he’s the most comfortable QB in the pocket, and he won’t make stupid mistakes, at least what I’ve seen from him. I may be wrong, but it’s a change that other teams won’t be ready for.
5) A 2 back set that utilizes all 4 of our running backs. We have 4 stud running backs that we just do not use as much as we need. We can run triple option out of the spread, using Mason and Griffin as our “b backs” and Gibbs and Smith as our “a backs”. RPOs and PAPs will balance out the O.
HM) A new coaching staff, new AD, new program, just drain the Swamp of the Tech front office
1) Yes
2) Yes
3) Yes
4) Huh?
5) Not no but hell no. The TO is gone. LET IT GO. If anything, we need more 4 & 5-WR sets and quick slants/passes to get Sims some confidence and make the opposing D back the F off the LOS a bit more, which will then open up the run.

I like all your ideas, but especially number 5. Sadly though, our current coaching staff will never use any triple option plays, and seldom any option plays of any kind, because they don't want any memories of Johnson's offense, even if it worked. Reminds me of certain people in government who don't want people to remember policies that worked.
Did you see the option play we ran against Pitt? It was terrible. Why? Because we don't practice it enough to be good at it. That's the problem with #5 - you either need to spend a ton of time practicing the option or you don't run it. We need to spend that time practicing our base scheme right now.

1. OL
2. OL
3. Red zone efficiency
4. OL
5. OL

Edit: Honorable mention - DL. I thought we had one after UNC and Clemson. I don't know what the hell to think after what is probably the least pressure I have ever seen on a QB last Saturday.

I'm not saying we should go back to the option but I think Yates would have been great in it. Throws decent and seems to make good quick decisions.

Spread teams run the TO… Coastal Carolina has made a living off of it… I guarantee you would be fine with it as long as it isn’t wing T…

yes, they've made a living off it playing GA State. What about our OL so far makes you think we could use it against Actual Teams With Real Defenses?

Kennesaw St runs the TO too. We destroyed them.

and KSU runs Wing T TO, not Spread TO... Every Spread team runs TO to some certain degree. Even Georgia Tech ran it with Godsey.

Well no one mentioned production values in our social media posts. I think we can all agree that's been a home run under CGC.
