I semi follow UVA because of family who went there - IMO they are as highly variable as GT and generally not playing at the current Pitt level. So agree that depends on which team shows up, on both sides. Pretty interesting matchup, anything could happen.

I just want GT to look sharp and well prepared, hopefully the OL is in better shape, decent game plan, no turnovers.

We are 4-13-1 when playing UVA in Charlottesville. The last year Tech won there was 2013. Also, UVA has a good team THIS year. Therefore, beating the French in Charlotte's "web" ville will be a difficult task! The game where there was NO excuse to lose was the first one against Northern Illinois.

YES!! As soon as Coach Collins starts to deliver on his used car salesmanship promise of taking Georgia Tech (who averaged 7 wins a season and a Bowl game from 1997-2018) and put us in the "National Conversation of Elite Programs" or we get a different coach who can at least get Georgia Tech back to the 7 win season and Bowl Game standard that Georgia Tech fans should demand!

What is even crazy os when Coach Collins was hired people thought he would take Georgia Tech and start wining B2B 10 win seasons... They bought into the Hype.... Its time to see results on the field before we can win B2B 10 win seasons we need to be able to make a Bowl game consistently! And NO I do not think we need to bring back the Triple Option.... I think we need a Coach who can coach up his schemes on Offense and Defense! Coach Collins has four more years after this year to make a Bowl game. I hop he does, the SA, the Student Body, and the fans deserve a Bowl game after what this has turned into.

So UVA is unranked and they only have a GOOD team, then Georgia Tech should be able to win.... Unless Georgia Tech does not have a good tream... Are you saying Georgia Tech does not have a Good Team??? We have a ton of talent... 4 stars talent everywhere... I think we have a great team, maybe not a good coaching staff.... If we can Coach the Boys up and make Gameday Coaching adjustments we should be able to win! Go Jackets!
 
UVA is the mediocre-est of the mediocres. It will be embarrassing if flaming, zima-drinkin' Cavman bends us over his knee for a good ole ass slappin'.

We might win, we might lose. UVA is more experienced on the lines than us and their QB has been playing excellent football

While you've got Collins's ear ask him if has any leads on the 1997 Ford Taurus with the 3.4 liter V8 that I have been looking for. It's a classic now!
