The dogs are drooling

The first thing UGA is going to say to him is "Tech doesn't pass the ball!". They will tell him he will never have a 150+ receiving game or more than 9 catches like D. Thomas did. "When GT has their entire offense installed, they will never pass it 20+ times per game, Son, you can't get enough touches that way!". I'm sure CPJ has a comeback for that and is on top of it. On the other hand, he did change his commitment once already from another school.

Man, it'd be a horrible loss for us if he does switch. Anybody have a good feel for the situation? My gut feeling is that he'll probably switch commitments again, but I'm hoping not.

But I thought we couldn't recruit SEC-caliber athletes in this system.

Georgia is his dream school. He will wait till signing day and switch.

Do you think we can get any recruit that another school is after? First it was Conner Shaw because USCe is recruiting him and now we are going to lose Hill just because UGA knocked on the door. Grow a pair! These are the kinds of things that happen when you recruit 4* talent, I hope it is something that some people get use to.

He'll be most likely heading to uga, IMO.

I think the fact that he has already "de-committed" once helps us. If he has any integrity at all he will not "switch" again. If he does leave, hopefully the Quincy Carter "switch" jinx will follow him!

I think we keep him. He has developed relationships at GT and knows exactly how GT will use him. He can start as a tr-fr at GT and the punt return job is his if he wants it. He has also bonded with other recruits.

Still, I wish he'd just told the UGA coaches no. They are good salespeople. But hopefully he declines to visit and stays with GT.

You have to remember that the reason it is in the paper is so that Dawgnation has the opportunity to bombard Hill with a lot of crap. We need him and it would be a major loss at this point in the recruiting period, but it will take him to be a man to not cave in.

Punt Return? No, not many 6'4" return men.

I think right now that if we keep him, we probably have some kind of action from Paul Johnson to thank for it. As it stands the chip are against us cause of the fact that Hill tried to get an offer from UGA before and couldn't, but I also hold to the belief that CPJ can get the job done.

Also, keeping this guy might improve our ability to recruit the other top players in the state. Show them we can sign a guy who was actively recruited by UGA, even if it's last minute desperation.

so if you want to be invited to something and they tell you no, they really want someone else to come, and then later the guy they want to come cant make it and they invite you, then you go running into their arms even though they didnt want you before???

you need to pick better friends
