Holy Hell - We need to woodshed these SOB's. We are catching them at a good time (as they did us in 08) and their OL in shambles- TJ Yates was sacked 7 times by UCONN and they just lost their leading Rec and starting center.


LAY THE WOOD!
 
We have to win big here for 2 reasons:

1. To show that we have a pulse

2. To get revenge on Butch "Dyke" Davis
 
Paper-ability, and "we shoulds"... we can't hide behind them forever...

This is real. No more "we're gonna kick ass!" or "These guys suck!"

UNC = UGA, they're just as important of a win, and the coaching staff and players have to (and I think they do) treat them as such.

I do agree, however, that this offense better get into gear REAL soon or there's gonna be problems... By get into gear, I don't mean we start gaining ground. I mean a 57-7 win or something like that...

No matter how it turns out next Saturday, there will be those here who will have something pessimistic to say about the win.

We beat UNC because they had the injuries....et..al..

A W is a W. Ipersonally don not give a crap how we get it as long as we get the W. We ALL would like to have the 57-7 games but it isn't happening!

NOT AT all sir! Not at all!! I think we would all enjoy one of those. It has been a while since we could sit back at halftime and enjoy the second half and a cold beverage knowing the game was over!
 
Winning is winning. But margin of victory is not meaningless. Barely winning versus blowing a team out is definitely significant in my eyes.

For those using the 3 games in 13 days argument, we better destroy UNC because we have two more days to prepare for the game than they do.

I never used that excuse, so I am just looking for a W.

Never said it was meaningless! for the first time this year we will have a "normal" week besides week one. I too think we should hand UNC a good whipping. This is IMO where the litmus test comes into factor.

Agreed. Is UNC coming on ESPN/2/360 or Raycom?? Anyone know?
 
screw this revenge crap. just play football! our defense needs to step the hell up! wommack needs to get on them and change his style. you cant give recievers that much time. bump them at the line and make them get off their routes. frustrate them
