You might be adding him back in about a month or so.
If anyone other than you or Eric posted this I wouldn't pay it any attention. Now I don't know what to think. Are you speculating that rich rod might not last til signing day thus countess will reopen his recruiting? Or do we still have a shot even if rich rod stays at um?

If he's anything like his former teammate Lou Young (committed to Stanford and anything but firm), he could reopen his recruiting. Depends if Groh can appeal to him. I don't know if he had the same contact with him while recruiting Young or not.

Why would they wait until after the bowl game? If he was going to be fired this year it would have already happened.
The buyout goes down by $1.5M. The AD said Rich Rod will be considered after the bowl game, so everyone takes that as to mean 'he is fired', because why say that and leave him dangling for a month.

From what I understand RichRod's buyout will be considerably less after the first of the year. UM's #1 candidate is Jim Harbaugh and he has Stanford in BCS game, so he isn't leaving until after that if at all.

So, pay less buy out money and waiting for coaching candidate to be more available.

I read that Tuitt visited Auburn this past weekend and that he is also planning to visit GT sometime in January. Does anyone think we could get him to switch?

I see. If Harbaugh is Michigan's target I wonder if our coaches are going after any of the Stanford comitts.

Stanford has several 4-star recruits comitted, including Vaughters who considered Tech. http://stanford.rivals.com/

I heard on ESPN radio that Harbaugh does not get along with the Admin at Michigan.
However, I'm sure he could get along with the Admin if they had 4 million friends. I hope it happens and Denard Robinson transfers to GT.

If an OL guy wanted to walk on, what would his likely measurements be?
