Chickfila kickoff game?

CPJ leaving for some ungodly reason?

I don't like the sound of "reporters chasing down" a story.

Nothing actually significant or we would have heard rumors on the internets in the past couple of days.

öööö!

Georgia Tech is expecting to receive at 10 a.m. news from the NCAA into alleged violations committed by the football program within the past several years.
The nature of the violations isn’t known. It isn’t known if this is the beginning or end of an inquiry or investigation.
The Yellow Jackets were on a two-year probation that resulted in scholarship cuts (from 85 to 79) and the reduction in signing classes (from 25 to no more than 19) in 2005 and 2006.
Tech was on probation then in part because academic advisers and those who certified athletes’ eligibility didn’t understand NCAA rules and how to apply them.
The NCAA has been in what appears to be a testy mood regarding alleged violations in wake of scandals at Ohio State, Southern California and North Carolina, among other places. The Trojans had to forfeit a national championship and the Buckeyes a Sugar Bowl victory. Penalties against North Carolina’s program haven’t been announced. Numerous players were suspended for all or parts of last season.

if we get hammered while schools like UNC and Auburn remain unscathed I might kill someone at the NCAA
No kidding, WTF is going on?

I don't get it, there has not been even a whisper about GT and football violations recently, yet this is the topic of the announcement?
