I think he's referring to the 10 mil Chizik is guaranteed. Not to mention all of the asst coaches. Talk about a program that's F'd for the next decade as it relates to $$$

But the 180k they bought Newton with didn't help either ;)
 
Was listening to 92.9 this morning (why, I don't know) and a woman called in claiming to be the mom of a current AL player.

She was basically explaining how they're all dawg fans and said STTE "Bama, thanks for the money, thanks for the free tuition and room & board, blah, blah, blah ..."

Yeah I know, cool story bro. I thought it was pretty funny.
 
People need to quit making out Chizik to be some sort of cheater until they have evidence he himself was involved in cheating. It's wrong to brand people as a crooked based on mere allegation, and it's something that happens too much in our society in general. It could happen to you. It could happen to GT. (Oh wait, it did.) I think it's very possible Chizik is a totally classy guy who has gotten a raw deal because of the public's jealousy and cynicism in 2010.

Chizik seems like a standup guy. It could've very well been outside/above him where the paying was happening.
 
Give me a break. This guy never should have been hired by Auburn. Chizik went 5-19 at Iowa State before Auburn hired him.

Auburn football is run by its big money supporters who have no class what so ever, eg the courting of Petrino when Tubberville was coach. Chizik should not be blamed for their classless actions unless you have some concrete facts.
 
This is a complete joke. Auburn is just picking from the Rolodex of boosters to burn to get out of paying Chizik the $10 mil buyout... We are going to get absolutely crushed by the NCAA in the very near future.
