Gary Danielson mentioned this during our game and then Mark May just said it on ESPN. This can't be right.
 
CBS announcers announce SEC games. They know SEC speed when they see it.
 
no one in the media or casual fans has a true appreciation for how fast a 4.3 forty really is. or for that matter how fast a 4.5 forty really is. we toss around these numbers like its fact.

ha. 4.3 is ridiculous fast. we probably have 2-3 guys on the team that can get in the 4.3x range. let alone flat 4.3.
 
Mark May just promoted him to 4.2 speed about 10 minutes ago.

He must've gotten faster since the game. He must have good work ethic.
 
I thought we had all agreed long ago about Vad's superior speed
 
Back when I was 20 I could run sub 4.5. My guess is Vad is in this range. Let me tell you as someone that knows BIG difference in 4.45 and 4.3. We haven't had but a few players crack sub 4.35.
 
I think I read a while back that your average NFL db was in the high 4.4's to low 4.5 guys.
 
All of y'all are wrong... mark may just said Vad ran a 4.2

I think Calvin and 2008 Dwyer were two of the guys who could run that fast.
