Just thinking that it's only a half a year until the season starts.

Was also thinking about the Autry brothers. Will they have three years to play together? I can't remember where Anthony is. Did he start as a freshman or soph? Did he redshirt or use a medical?

Anyways, I know I could look up thisshit on my own but this place has been pretty dead lately. Uniforms anyone?

this is actually a total lie
I get it, you like to win on message boards, congratulations. It was a generalization, and a much better generalization then your comparison of Chan Gailey's looks to that of Louis C.K.

i dont even acknowledge that "winning" is possible on message boards, but what i dont like is dumbasses making light of men that actually tried hard to do something good for Georgia Tech

and to make fun of Gailey's vast, vast NFL experience and act as if he is throw-away is about as stupid as it gets

It was a bit of an overstatement I grant. But, "vast" describes longevity not "winning". His overall career stat in the NFL is below .500. In terms hf firing, not sure before GT, but after GT I believe the statement holds true.

The world if full of people who "tried hard". Some just suck.

he got fired from 3 jobs out of 18, so yeah, its pretty much an accurate statement -- if youre a dumbass

the poster sucks a lot worse than Gailey does. and id like you compare your work success to Gailey's and see who "sucks" and who achieved something

have you ever won the top prize in your field?

Eh. Buffalo is a tough gig for any coach. Outside of his stint there, his only losing season as a HC at any level was Samford (5-6) in 1993. 40 years in the biz and employed almost continuously. Not a ton of guys can say that.

and look by whom: Pittsburgh, Dallas, Miami, KC.. not exactly the Bengals of football either

denigrating Gailey's career as a failure shows a total lack of understanding of the coaching business, a blind eye to the obvious respect he commands with league insiders and a willful desire to smear the facts into some sort of black smudge.

dumbass move

He played as a freshman and then redshirted last year due to injury, so he has 3 years to play.
