In the AJC article, it says Johnson, when pressed for comment, deferred to Walkosky. That tells me Johnson didn't fire him. It's not his style to defer comments when he axes somebody.

Anyone else intrigued by the Pat Hill rumor? He had alot of good buzz out in Fresno for awhile and you'd have to think he could make a postive impact on the O-line if given the chance.

He was just fired by the Falcons, but CPJ is good friends with Mike Smith, so you would think he'd have some insight about him being let go.

I would love this....I have seen him in person coaching, and he is pretty intense.

I think Pat Hill would be great, but it doesn't make a lot of sense. He'll get a higher profile job. You want people that want ambitions in coaching. To be a assistant hc maybe, but have a hard time seeing the $ or fit for that. Don't know his goals at his age or what CPJ has in mind.

Yeah, the Falcons Oline sucked. That may have something to do with the firing (in fairness, he had very little to work with).
