Forget what "should" happen. I can't see a world where he's extended after another loss to UGA. Maybe not fired, but also not extended.

These days, its exciting every time GT has a possession. We move the football.
I love this offense. It's smart, takes smarts, and it's a poke in the eye to every modern college football convention. I second the poster who noted it as becoming our brand.

This is pretty stupid. Any time GT is favored were just gonna run around yelling "trap game!"?

Whenever I see CPJ I get full extension.

Extend the current contract and salary, increase the "beat UGA" bonus.

No purpose. No amount of money could make him want to win that game (and every game) more.

I do not question his motivation. I think extending the current contract at current rates and upping the UGA bonus would be the best way to satiate the periphery fans who would be frustrated at the extension, while still giving CPJ a net increase in expected value of compensation.

I'm not in favor of giving him any more money in salary or bonuses. He does not deserve any increase in compensation.

An extension does not mean a raise.

I'm fine with extending his current salary and adding a beat UGA bonus of $1MM or so.
