Who the hell is the author, Ryan McGee? Sounds pretty ghey in observing our offense as "...especially when it's running at full song."

Stick with the Wrecking Ball metaphor...

Just like I've been saying.

If GT beats UGAG, and UGAG then wins SEC CG,
no way in Hell an SEC team will make the playoffs.

GT would the heroes to EVERY single fan everywhere.. outside the SEC.

Every non-SEC team in the country will be cheering for GT over UGAG.

McGee mostly covers Nascar, but he's a big SEC fan.

True to a point, but they'll be pulling for us in Indy and across the Big XII in the ACCCG even more. The ACCCG ratings will be off the charts when OSU, TCU, and Baylor are needing us to win to stamp their tickets.

more good press. I wonder if this is the springboard year to take us to the next level.

I come a whole lot closer to believing we have a shot at beating Ugag than I do believing Ugag has a shot at beating Bama. But, good graving it'd be SO sweet to beat the dwags this year. It always is but this year more so than others with all of the playoff implications.

Thought the article was pretty positive for GT
It is. I'm not sure what anybody is complaining about unless they didn't bother reading any of the article, at least the first quote. The article is pretty good, honestly the best I've seen from ESPN in a long time. Didn't see the SEC fellatio you usually do and he's right, we have the opportunity to cause some serious damage to the current playoff landscape. We have the opportunity to make the lives of the two teams and the conference I hate most very difficult. Good read.

Wondered this as well. If GT finishes top 15, what does that mean for 2015?

If we can beat the dwags and win our bowl game we will start ranked in the teens somewhere. We have a lot of folks coming back. BB and WR is the only place we'll be breaking in players who haven't really seen the field yet.

Only a few spots to fill in on D - just losing Q and Isaiah. We REALLY need to recruit and land some 3-4 star DTs though.

During the bye week, I need the band to learn "La Cucaracha."
