It'd be hilarious if it weren't so sad.

For the second week in a row, we will only move up the number of slots vacated by teams that lost, even though we beat T25 (and 10!) teams. Wins against teams that are still ranked and relevant (cough Miss St cough).

No credit for mowing through the toughest part of our schedule.
 
Don't underestimate the committee's ability to look us in the eye while they öööö us in the ass.
 
Does not matter - at this moment.

One lf the least important things in our football world.

Beat ugag so the season is a success.

Rankings? Beat FSU and it will take care of itself.

Miss st has one win over ranked teams, and that team now has 4 losses. Weak sec schedule
 
We can beat anybody in the country. F your biased rankings, ESPN douchers.
 
We should be 7 or 8. We will be 12, behind Miss St.

College playoff should be top 4 of the 5 conference champions, with the conference that doesn't have a championship being left out.
 
F the CFP ... WE BEAT GEORGIA TODAY ... I couldn't care less about a öööö ranking.

I could see Missouri jumping us by virtue of SEC bias, and wanting to set up a championship game between highly ranked teams. It will confirm the committee is crooked if it happens.

I saw that too, thought I was hallucinating. How did she get TV time? Everyone else was asleep maybe?


Now that Auburn lost a game that they appeared to be rolling in, I'm thinking maybe we can get to 12 tops.
 
If UGA was 9th with two losses, why not us?

We're 16 now. We'll jump UCLA (8), UGA (9), ASU (13), and Auburn (15) for sure. And I don't think we're in danger of being leapfrogged by anybody - ole miss beat #4 on the road but they have 3 losses - could be close. So I'd say 13 is the highest we could be. But I think we'll stay above ole miss and jump Wisconsin to be #11.

I believe that Ole Miss won in Oxford (at home).

I think we will be behind one of either Wisconsin or Ole Miss, so maybe 12. I had thought 13 or 14 when I expected Auburn to win.
