The "We Run This State" Sign

So CPJ said, "They have to take down that stupid 'We Run this State' sign down for a year."

A great line, but we need to make sure it happens and happens well.

So we need to raise the funds necessary to make it happen (if it's possible), and then turn it into something funny.

I think leaving the old sign as a partial background and having Buzz with a Gold Paint Brush going over it, with some White "Under New Management" message scrawled over it would be pretty cool/fun and lighthearted enough not to rile people up about it (well except for the idiots).

I'm pretty sure I've seen it coming into Atlanta from one of the interstates, but admittedly I haven't been back to Atlanta in some time...

I know I've seen a billboard that has the slogan up...at least I'm pretty sure I have.

If they don't have one...we could just buy one and pretend like they did.

UGA fans On message boards are still posting "well at least we still run this state". Taking over a billboard might explain what the slogan means.

the look I'm going for is one where the "Under New Management" is more or less graffiti'd on but I couldn't find the right font to do that.

I agree, it's pretty lame slogan. Also annoying is ugay fans saying "you won this year finally, but don't get use to it" idiots. Would love to see GT win a couple years in a row to shut them up!
