Ethical or unethical Starbucks ordering by Johnson?

BARISTA: Actually, it's part of a new campaign. We're being encouraged to talk to our customers about issues of race and inequality.
JOHNSON: Hell, you can't have a race without inequality. Otherwise the Olympics would just be one big tie. What'd be the point? Put every country up on the gold medal stand together and play the anthems all at once? We need to be focusing on how to beat that Usain Bolt straight up, not changing the rules.

Not one of their stronger CPJ efforts.

JOHNSON: No, I mean we shouldn't have housing at all. You know what other animals need a roof over their heads? Rodents. Now, son, I respect the mole as a creature. That extra thumb is a great way to keep the ball secured. But I'm not looking to subsist on a diet of earthworms and nuts.

I'm dying.

It was like a Braves' season: before it started it had so much promise, but then it never lived up to the expectation, and by the end I was bored and stopped paying attention.

I'm not a fan of Nanni.

However, there is SO much win in the comments.

Nanni's overstretched a joke. I think he just has a joke story he wants to write, and slaps "Paul Johnson" on it, the same way he slaps "Hatin' Ass Spurrier" on others.

Good tidbit about Starbuck's ending the #racetogether portion of their campaign. Good to know that when corporate America tackles racial inequality, we can end racism so quickly. Hopefully Starbucks tackles gender inequality next. There's a few baristas I wouldn't mind talking to about #sextogether.

anyone remember "bad dog" from the Technique? the comic strip

"he wouldnt sit, he wouldnt bark. he was a bad dog."

Ethical or unethical treatment of bulldogs by Johnson last year?

Worthless waste of time for everybody who read it, and a lamentable lack of any hope of talent for the person who wrote it.
