UNC last year, Miami when we were up 17 in the 4th and lost.

Several others were bungled but we didn't lose.

Wrong. They lost their DC and the Orange Bowl was a letdown after being ranked #1 all season. We had the ACC meat grinder plus a conference championship game.

Coming from someone who works with these guys every day, you wouldn't think they lost that game. It's a literal lapse of time from their memory. They have no recollection of it.

Dammit, thanks for the reminder. There were some Tech fans several rows behind me mouthing off to the Miami fans there when we were up. I remember saying to my dad "It is almost as if they have never been a Tech fan with a lead in the 4th" Over the years, I have never celebrated until it is absolutely impossible for the other team to come back.

My daughter is probably worse than me. She was physically sick after the UGAg win last season. Throwing up. Pale. Couldn't eat the rest of the day. She said her nerves just couldn't handle it. One minute happy, the next despair, the next praying, the next happy, the next despair, on and on all game....especially the 4th and OT.
