All the cred is gone....just like that.

You can out scheme teams sometimes. We did against Miss St and FSU. Sometimes the other team doesn't bite and you get beat down by superior players. That happened today and against Iowa way back in that Orange bowl.

just root for Notre Dame to win every one of their games and the rest will take care of itself

We always have an uphill battle for "cred" and this obviously doesn't help. But ND was ranked higher and at home. Offense came out flat and so it goes. Like the LSU debacle in the chick fil a bowl, it'll be forgotten. Take care of business in the ACC and NY6 bowl is still in the cards.

It's one thing to lose 27-24. Only scoring 7 and being pushed around like little bitches is literally going to kill everything GT did last year. It was fun. But let's get back to being in the irrelevant ACC coastal.
We had a crappy game. Get over it. We will be fine.

Cred makes us all feel warm and fuzzy and validated, but the fact is that this team hasn't been eliminated from anything yet. Just don't listen to any talk radio this week and get ready to roll Duke and NC.

We're not out of anything. This is week 3. The ACC is within the realm of possibility.
Go Jackets!

I can only imagine how some of the folks around here handle a little disappntment in their everyday lives. I picture middle age men who yell at their kid after a YMCA flag football game.

I think this is pretty good analysis. We are normally able to out scheme most teams. Those that give us fits either have 1) a loaded team with players who are more talented athletically or outsize us or 2) a higher intelligence/more disciplined defensive player that doesn't bite on the first option and keeps his assignment.

All the fairweather fans are gone... just like that.

One game at a time. Season is not over. Sky is not falling. Let the games play out. Geez. Watching tape, some practice and position meetings things will be better. Learning experience. On to Puke.

Is every other college fan base like this? One loss and they're whining like children.

Today's gameplan was really confusing to me. There did not seem to be any real strategy to the way we played. It was as if a play worked, we wouldn't use that same play for a good while until we had exhausted all other options.

We also got outmuscled by their D, but I think we have shown that we can hang with bigger faster athletes, so that is not a defining characteristic of this game for me.

öööö happens is the only real explanation. I think a 30-7 outcome would not have reflected how close that game was so I am glad we got to within a touchdown.

I'm not ready to give up lol. Read my posts in the game thread. I'm just saying that it's the way we lost. Not that we lost per se.

I do think the can still win the ACC. It's still frustrating that we just didn't look at all good on offense which is what we get cred for. And don't give me the garbage TDs that made it 8 points. ESPN and the powers that be won't focus on that.

On top of that #7 UGA is blowing out USCe. FML. Radio will be insufferable this week.

Can we ban TaxJacket from posting on gamedays? I'm embarrassed for him every time.
