#20 in AP Poll too

You really do fall apart when we lose.

No, just a very repetitive, unimaginative troll. Why, exactly, you people keep feeding him is beyond me.

Anyway, as I said on the coaches poll it's a pleasant surprise and keeps us in the realm of possibility to re-enter the national discussion if we right the ship the rest of the season. A good way to start would be coming out angry and smearing Duke all over the new Wallace Wade paint job they're so proud of.

This was about as far as we should have fallen given the quality of the loss. Funny how Alabama was pwned by an ACC 2nd string QB.

I think Bamalama beats UGAg and they wet the bed on another SEC game. Probably Auburn. I think we have a good shot at them this season. USuCk is just a bad football team.

ND jumped UGag by beating us.

Well then 1 good thing came out of our trip yesterday.

Next week begins the climb back up the rankings. 20 is a pleasant surprise and shows that we are still respected, contrary to the posts of a few here.

I kept saying in the chat yesterday that I expected us to drop out completely. Just sort of what we've come to expect. As I pointed out earlier in the week, following the Miami loss in 2009 that we keep drawing (hopeful) parallels to, we dropped from the same ranking to unranked entirely and it took upsetting the #4 team to claw our way back in and much longer to break back into the top 15. Handle business the next couple of weeks and we'll be playing for a nice jump in the polls again with Clemson.
