Speaking of schools that haven't been able to put WR in the league, my daughters' old daycare is running through the same drought as Cutcliff. The do have a up and coming 3 y/o though. He may break through before the blue devils.
 
University of Miami, and they aren't even weighted down by all those ACCCG appearances like Duke.

UGA put as many points up in a NY6 bowl last year as current Duke WRs there are in the NFL.
