I imagine they did, but it's tough to find stats on that. Defense held Duke to only 8 points after the first quarter.

In the first quarter, they let in 13, which obviously isn't good, but 21 on the game is a very solid performance. The D is the only reason we haven't been run off the field in the ND and Duke games.

I agree. Once Roof got aggressive, the defense played better. CPJ's offense is a complete disaster right now. The crappy conditions helped their special teams, so I can let some of that go, but not the hallmark of a CPJ team.
