Reggie ball played way better than you ever did. He was a nice guy, and was respobsible, at least in part, for some very memorable GT wins while I was in school. He doesn't deserve that treatment at all.

Time to leave the dude alone.

I'm glad he is still a GT fan regardless of whether he lived up to expectations as a player. If people öööö on me as a 18-22 year old (and still ongoing) as much as they öööö on him, there is no way I'd show any allegiance to the school or fanbase.
 
Go back and look at his career progression. He is the most regressive QB I have ever seen. Look at the talent he had around him.......Even freaking Greyson Lambert from the dwags now holds some NCAA record for passing just because he switched to a team that had some talent. R***** B*** crapped away some of the best talent we have ever had on the Flats. RB and Vad Lee should compare notes.......

You are a ööööing idiot. He didn't get better, but didn't get worse. The fault goes to to the coach for never upgrading the position. RB was what he was. To still be that bitter over a college player's performance from a decade ago is pathetic.

Well, I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. Was he frustrating? Yes. Should we bleep out his name on a message board as unspeakable? I'll do what I want, and you can do what you want.

There have been plenty of starters who have been as bad as Reggie and wasted a lot of talent.

The difference was, their coaches didn't let them stay as the starter all four years.
 
Reggie got screwed by Chan. He wasn't accurate and Chan had no idea how to teach that. So Reggie got stuck in a pro style system that requires accurate throws because he was the best QB we had.

The only 'relief' was Nix actually putting in some plays that played to Reggie's strength. Of course, Nix's play calling was only slightly more predictable than atomic vibrations, which lead to Reggie getting hurt about 4 games into the season.

If you want to bag on Reggie for not improving, you need to name a single Gailey QB who improved.
 
There was only one problem during the Chan Gailey years... Chan Gailey.
