Sounds like his mamma was playing the entitled princess card and got her hand slapped. She apparently didn't appreciate it.

Maybe he will come to his senses. I wouldn't be too hard on him just yet.

If he would have reacted by diving at the officer's legs we would have known we had a keeper!
 
Assuming the OP's story is accurate, why can't people simply do as being asked instead of always questioning authority? Just do what most everybody else does and follow the rules, and you wouldn't find yourself on the wrong end.

How do we know that, for some reason, this recruit was not told to sit where he was from some GT staff or hostess?

Regardless, no reason for some GTPD reject ( such as the one with the reddish hair, mid 40s, totally lacking in people & professional skills who was fired from DeKalb County Sheriffs Dept) to screw with our recruiting.

I saw where 11 Alive was all over this story last night, advertising it as the lead story for their 12 PM newscast.

Of course they didn't bother to offer any GT statements but had someone with a microphone in the kids face. Drove all the way to FLA to talk to him I guess.
