Griffin and Whitley may not play

Bring on the suck for 2016. May have to move some A-backs to OL

How did we get so thin at OL? 11 on scholarship barely gives you a two deep. This is roster mismanagement. Almost a quarter of your starting 22 play OL. The scholarships should reflect that.

It's spring. In the Fall we get 3 more so it's 14 (would be 15 if Brown hadn't left the team). That's almost 3 deep, but I agree 14 is still too low.

Last year was a fiasco in recruiting offensive linemen. We need to sign 11 offensive linemen over the next two years. 7 for 2017 would be a step in the right direction.

Well for four plays per quarter, Shamire is going to bulldoze some poor fools. I hope we are ready to score in 4 plays every time we get the chance to use him.

Putting A backs up front should work. Sewak and can teach them to dive at the feet of the DL

I brought this up two years ago and was chastised... Too many ab and not enough ol

Meh, I don't buy the whining about roster mismanagement. People are always complaining that we recruit too many A-backs, but look at last year. Can you imagine if we'd recruited less, like everybody wanted? Ike Willis and Austin McClellan would have ended up as our 2 starters.

The reality is that we just haven't recruited good OL's, and we have had some terrible luck with a lot of attrition. If we could find more Shaq Masons and less JC Laniers nobody would be complaining about OL depth.

At Lunch Bunch CPJ said it is hard to prepare for folks who tear ACL's, eat too much and leave to go to San Fran to draw cartoons... but yes, moving some guys from DF to OL may help.
