No All-ACC Players

Can you kindly point out where I said "we should have players on this list" or anything even resembling that statement?
Didn't mean to insinuate that you did. I was just restating what I said before. My initial instinct was to feel slighted that we had nobody on the team, but then I thought about it and there was literally nobody I could think of who would be deserving. Freddie Burden and Justin Thomas were great 2 years ago, but both struggled so much last year that they didn't even look like the same players.

I made the comment to my buddy, I can't remember during which game, that Freddie looked like he was playing hurt. I mean, what he had to go through last year with his dad was hard enough for anybody. It appeared to me that he was nowhere near being 100 percent physically.
Hopefully, he's good to go physically and as whole as he can be mentally and emotionally.

Well an 11-3 season, coming off an orange bowl win against a team that was ranked number 1 for 4 weeks (and a complete destruction too), a very emotional uga win in the cesspool and #7 and #8 finish in the polls doesn't get them motivated obviously. So we're all kinda hoping that they feel bad enough about the ööööshow they displayed last year and they keep their noses to the grindstone to put on a better display of football.

If you think our season ended up like it did last year due to poor motivation, then I just don't know what to tell you. There were times when we had 9 freshmen on offense, including a freshman QB.

I believe it was in one of the ESPN radio interviews posted here recently where CPJ mentioned both Burden's father and one of his hands (I think) being hurt.

Vaitekunas used to play with his ööööö hurt.

I don't need you to tell me anything. And I did not say that I thought all of it was because of lack of motivation. I'm saying they had their ass kicked up and down all season so hopefully now they got the motivation to play better. The line was supposed to be experienced. But apparently Shaq was the entire line the year before and everyone else was watching the games like the rest of us.

I am calling BS on this. I know CPJ said this and I like CPJ but this statement is completely lacking context. The point at which we had 9 freshmen in the game was against Miami when we we 3-7 and we were trailing 38-14. We didn't go 3-9 just because of freshmen and to say so is just ööööing retarded.

IIRC, the year we went 11-3 we didn't have a single first string All-ACC player at the end of the season. I think Mason was 2nd string.
