The throwback white tops would have looked better, but I don't hate this combination. Even with the honeycomb helmets, I think it's a decent set.

The only thing about the pants is, the gold needs to be the middle stripe with the navy on the outside. Still looks good though.

Gotta disagree. The more Gold the better. Maybe not this Gold, but do not care what we wore in late 80's & 90's.

I personally didn't think the jersey design went with the pants. It's last years tops with the throwback bottoms from the VT game last year. Reminded me of something we throw together for the spring games.

Y'all do realize those pants were just the ones we wore with the 1990 throwbacks last year, right?

It's pretty pathetic that we just mix and match previous combinations, while other teams get exciting new uniforms.

Like I said above. It looks like something we wear during the spring game.

Tells me R is not giving us any new unis this year and the deal may, for all purposes, be done.

Not that it means anything, but if you go down to the bookstore on 5th Street, they've reorganized everything over the past few months and the Russell "section" is now limited to a small area (1 or 2 racks) near the front door and there's a very large section of Under Armor merchandise (8-10 racks in the men's section alone).

I look forward to our top 5 recruiting classes when we become an Under Armor school.

On a related note, Notre Dame's pants are actually the right shade of gold so maybe we have that to look forward to, as well.
