They have one of the Lamb boys coaching them. Just look how well brother Hal at Calhoun did against Cartersville this past weekend!
As a Cartersville graduate myself, I can't in good conscience, rebut this analysis. :)

But having the #1 QB in America sure helps. lol

I went to Macon recently and it was like I turned back the clock one year for each of the 45 miles that it took to get there.
Longest year of my life was the week I spent working in Macon.

Hey, Macon ain't all bad. It is like an hour closer to the beach at least!

I feel sorry for what's about to happen to Mercer. We're going from playing the #1 defense in the country to a bunch of little girls, yet PJ's been telling the players they're öööö all week and that they need to be way more physical.

I just hope we can beat them handily while working on our vanilla offense. Getting some practice and confidence developing the dive and making proper reads should help prepare us for Vanderbilt.

Also, I'm looking forward to getting my tailgate practice in. Looking to be in midseason form by about noon.

Looking down their roster, I really don't see much there to challenge us. They have a few players with decent size, but the fall off is steep from the starting group. I don't think they will be able to stop us subbing in 160 lb DB's. The OL doesn't look that imposing and several are just plain fat.

We run rampant.

We lost Mills.
Edit: well my humorous gif isn't working.

Honestly guys, after a 3-9 season, i'll take this much needed victory. I'll be there Saturday grilling hot dogs at the tailgate then drunkenly cheering Tech to victory until I get a mild hangover headache around 3rd quarter, then somebody will pass me a flask and I will get back up and cheer some more.
So you like wieners huh?
