Georgia Tech sophomore wide receiver Brad Stewart is a first-team Academic All-District honoree, the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) announced on Thursday.

Stewart, who carries a 3.58 grade point average in mechanical engineering, has started all eight games at wide receiver for Georgia Tech this season and also serves as the Yellow Jackets' punt returner. He ranks second on the team in receptions (13), second in yards per catch (18.0 avg. -- min. three receptions) and third in total receiving yards (234).

So he's a good football, basketball, and baseball player, and he has a high engineering GPA.

What can't he do?

and the man who made it all possible:

Mechanical Engineering? That's nothing. Clemson's players all have good GPA's in "Parks and Recreation" and "pre-business"

He is such a such a hard nosed, scrappy player with a high football IQ. This just proves it.

He comes from a good family

Yea, and his sister (high school senior) is the best volleyball , basketball , and soccer player in Savannah. Might be valedictorian at St Vincent's this year.
