#ThanksLouisville

So at the end of the season, Louisville, with all their hype, hopes for a National Championship, end up having just a one game difference over us record wise. They have been humbleized.

It's easy to overlook or stumble against a cupcake SEC team after playing through the meat grinder known as the ACC schedule. I imagine Louisville was banged up going into this game. They'll have a better showing in their bowl game once they've had a chance to heal. This was Kentucky's bowl game.

Bye, bye, Heisman, orange bowl, playoffs, etc.!

I still think Jackson should get the Heisman.

3390 Passing yards, 30 TDs
1538 Rushing yards, 21 TDs

Now I'm not saying he will (because I know they only like to give it to players on the top teams), but I think he should. Those stats are absurd.

Criminally under rec'd.

If anyone deserves the shame, Petrino does.

L'ville sorta went limp-dick after the Clemson game. since then they only had one reasonably decent conference game (vs NCState). then comes along the Houston game. L'ville just gave up IMO.

Surprised petrino's hat/neck brace hasn't been tossed in the mix for a "step-up"

I just think it's a matter of teams realizing that Louisville's offense is high school as öööö. They put their best player at quarterback and have him run around and throw and just be a better athlete than the defense. Defenses have adjusted and they haven't been the same for a while. Even when they've put up points recently, it's come with a lot of turnovers caused by pressure on Jackson.

His stats are extremely similar to Manziel's Heisman year. I think Watson would have won it if he hadn't thrown so many picks, but it's hard to go against Jackson this year.

Honestly, it's really hard for me to feel sorry for Petrino after what he did to the Falcons.
