Kaleb Oliver

His film looks like a SS or maybe even OLB down the line. A lot of rangy hitters on that side of the ball in this class. If we can close with Oliver and a DT or two then this will easily be CPJs best defensive class since 2010 on paper. We were about as unlucky as you can get with that class (Ayers transferring, McCoy never playing a down b/c of medical issues, Williams smoking up). Hopefully pull the WR on NSD away from LSU too. Would be a very solid class overall. Credit to the staff for not letting the '15 debacle set us back.

Ted Roof is a helluva coach. I've always said it. Look at this class he's bringing in.
I like Roof. All of our defensive coaches for the past several decades have struggled with the lack of talent across the DL. I hope that we can get a dominating DT or two so the LB's free up to cause mayhem. The only reason David Pollack had such good stats at UGAg is because his interior DT's were dominating and required double teams. I have a lot of hope for Adams. He has the size. I hope he comes back for his sophomore campaign stronger, quicker, and commands the attention of the OL. He seemed to be a pretty good run plugger last season when he was in.

"Georgia Tech is a great college to get a degree from and a great place to play football," Oliver told Rivals.com. "The chance to achieve my goals on and off the field was too much to pass up."
...

"Coach Mac was a big part of my decision," Oliver said. "Since the day I de-committed we were talking almost every day. He was always up front and honest and he knows my high school coach really well, too. I've heard nothing but good things about him and I can't wait to play for him."

that makes four 4* recruits on the D side of the ball on the commitment list

By far my favorite part about his commitment is him trolling the Ole Miss faithful with his "landshark" GT edit (look at 3rd picture):

Oliver and Bonds did not play for the same Highschool.

they played in the same county, just like it says in the articles i posted...

He is the second Rutherford County player to commit to the Yellow Jackets, joining Riverdale's Gentry Bonds, who is already enrolled there and will sign on Wednesday.

Awesome and welcome. As to the above, we need DB's as our backfield is pretty experienced right now.
