7th hardest Non-Conference schedule

How da fuk is FSU not number one in that poll or at least higher than UF? They get a pissed off Saban to start the year and some how that is less than a Michshittygan team?

Because FSU is good and UF is not. FSU and Bama are comparable and Michigan is better than UF.

Why would the quality of a team play into the difficulty of its non-conference schedule? By that logic whoever has the worst team next year has the hardest non-conference schedule since they won't win any of the games.

Because the discussion was about FSU and UFs schedules and they play each other...

Preseason OOC schedule: 2 national title contenders (top 10).

Postseason OOC schedule: runners up in the Beef O'Brady's bowl and a team with 2 SEC wins (so still top 15).

This list is invalid; clearly, the team that played the most SEC teams should have the hardest OOC schedule since they're the best conference according to the #narrative

That's so 2016.

Theirs is harder than ours because they have to play us and we don't.
UGA's OOC schedule 1.5 ACC teams and a Subelt team. Our schedule is two "quality" SEC teams. Basically, a 4 win Notre Dame and a gimmicky offense are harder than two SEC teams that were top 20 to start last year.
