Seriously, this is despicable. The right thing for UGA to do is cut this kid loose before he ever steps on campus. I look forward to Kirby Fart not doing the right thing.

In May 2015, Georgia officials proposed a conference-wide rule that was eventually adopted by the SEC, which banned its schools from accepting transfer athletes who were dismissed from their previous institution for serious misconduct, which includes sexual assault, domestic violence or other forms of sexual violence.

Georgia officials proposed the rule after it dismissed defensive lineman Jonathan Taylor in 2014, after he was arrested and charged with a felony for allegedly hitting his girlfriend with a closed fist and choking her during an argument in his dorm room.

The SEC considered expanding the rule to include incoming freshmen last year, after Mississippi State allowed freshman defensive lineman Jeffery Simmons to enroll. He was caught on video delivering several punches to the upper body and head of a woman who was on the ground after she fought with his sister.

Richt would have suspended for 1 game then made a speech about how he "came to Jesus". Kirby will make him run a few laps then say "boys will be boys". They've really downgraded.

life is full of choices. we're destined to be paying for this "family" in one way or another for the rest of their of their miserable lives.
 
Kirby is going to have to keep those INDEPENDENT witnesses away from his recruits or this will not end well. If just the V was the witness this would have been laps around the basketball court. Richt would NEVER have allowed an independent witness near one of his players. Kirby will learn.

Demery eventually was able to “reconnect with the victim, in which he threw her; causing her glasses to fall off, her phone fell out of her hand, causing it to hit the ground which resulted in a crack to the screen,” according to police. An independent witness saw the incident take place, according to police.​
