This guy is just stating the obvious over and over again with errors everywhere. Nothing he said is new to me, other than the fact Georgia is building to become a perennial national championship contender. When did they start that? Georgia Tech should do that! Also, its ridiculous we aren't getting five star recruits! I mean come on! All you have to do is ask them to come to your school and here they come!

And considering that all but one or two of the losses have been very competitive woulda-coulda-shoulda losses. I realize that's a low bar but after CCG it's an important one to clear.

Almost all of Gailey's losses to U[sic]GA were close as well, right? I remember more than a few heartbreakers. The blowouts were the exception, not the norm.

Sad thing is, that game (and season as a whole) would have looked wildly different had he just taken out Tony Hollings in 4Q vs BYU.

It’s safe to say that Mark Rich didn’t have a positive affect on the rivalry unless you’re a Georgia Tech fan. Richt went 13-2 against the Yellow Jackets which really stretched out the Bulldogs lead. As a Georgia fan, you expected to beat Tech. As an outside, you expected Georgia to win. But as a Tech fan, you were hungrier than ever for a win over the Bulldogs.

But how about Paul Johnson’s affect on the rivalry? As the ninth head coach for Georgia Tech since the retirement of the legendary Bobby Dodd, he was and is the latest man tasked with restoring Tech to their former glory.
