I guess you know who will be sitting in front of you for the UGAg game
Damn good point. Need more ammo besides peanut shells.

My section is probably one of the worst for the dwag game...a couple years ago we had Aaron Murray's brother there who was a real douche.

In the post game, it was mentioned we are down to 5 OL. I'm guessing that is 5 without pulling redshirts? Anyone have any idea the plan if we need OL at Clemson and the rest of the season?
Wow that’s serious if that’s right. I know we lost Andrew in Miami but five is like half the rotation.

He said down to 5, not down 5.

The comment I remember from post-game is that we played just 5 OL in the second half. I guess that means Stickler got hurt? Because I didn't see any of our other starters out.

We have plenty of scholarship OL on roster. If we don't have depth, it's lack of quality depth and recruiting failure.

Mikey Minihan
Connor Hansen
Charlie Clark
Zach Quinney

Never seen a set of refs miss 5+ false starts in a game by the same player, that crap was ridiculous.
I was wondering if I was the only one that saw that. I had to back up the DVR to make sure my eyes weren't fooling me.

Team needed this one last night. I'm sure it gives a lot of confidence to grit it out and shut down the 2nd half like that. Gonna need that mentality going into Clemson. Gotta clean up the option defense. We got caught with a lot of support rushers picked up by O line for easy reads by the QB on option plays. Not sure what we changed in the 2nd half to clean that up. Gonna have to find a way to open up the kicking game somehow. Could have added 6 more points to the total with a good kicking game last night.

The tackling has to improve too. While the defense was playing pretty good in second half last night, the tackling was still abysmal. The first guy to the ball always seems to fly off the ball carrier. I’d be interested to see how yards after contact are for our opponents. It cannot be a good number.

Checked out the wake sbnation board. Its not very active but comments are funny. Apparently, we are the ones false starting on every play (or they don't understand pre-snap motion) and all our blocks are illegal (or they dont understand cuts vs chops). Lol
Our movement was no more illegal than their backs chopping their stupid ass feet before the snap. They really need to learn the rules.

I don't think that they missed it, they just choose not to call it. This crew was really bad. Surprised that GT got the call when the Wake player led with his helmet (for helmet to helmet) on the tackle.

The officiating in the conference is pretty piss poor. Shame that the league doesn't care.

The league does care when the officiating screws on of the North Carolina schools.

That's legal so long as they aren't moving toward the LOS.

Whatever the reason if we only have 5 guys ready to play and inspiring CPJ’s confidence, that’s not enough.

Truth....i had one idiot DAWG fan in front of me the entire time. What a drag. I did find some enjoyment of tossing my peanut shells in his hoodie during the 3rd quarter.
There's always the "accidental" drink spillage if need be.

The entire stadium saw it. Repeatedly. Thus the loud boos.
CPJ was giving the ref an earful on the big one (the last one that got the whole crowd booing). That was one of the worst misses I've seen since that Clemson player was so offsides he intercepted the snap.

They missed several false starts against Wake.

After the game, we kidnapped the ref's seeing eye dog and sold him to a Chinese restaurant.

First half defense was an abomination like the second half against Miami because they simply could not stop the draw play/read option. I'm guessing that's largely because with Mitchell out the linebacking corps has been struggling with their gaps. It seemed like Roof called more run blitzes in the second half as a workaround, and that did the trick against Wake. You can't have a steady diet of that against Clemson, though, so get well soon Mitchell.

Tech's secondary is going to be so good by the end of the year. Kudos to Griffin for proving he can catch a ball thrown to him.

Offense just eventually wore Wake out. They're the rare P5 team that probably has less depth than Tech, and by the time the Fourth Quarter rolled around they were out of gas.

ACC officiating against a NC based team. You know it's rigged going in.
