I guess basketball season has taken the spotlight over in Durham and football is now a long forgotten memory for them.

None-the-less, I will be there this weekend to watch us become bowl-eligible.

Just bought tickets for Saturday's game and had to pay the inflated price of $8.00 a ticket. Unfortunately, the seats are only at the 50 yard line about 14 rows up.

Damn........I thought so. Probably should have waited until Saturday, they would have paid me to come into the stadium.

Duke: home to the most pathetic fanbase in the entirety of college football.

The only reason they sometimes win is due to trap game scenarios when their opponents are sleepwalking for 60 minutes in front of about 400 people

That and the ridiculously long walk to the visitors dressing room and back

Aka Charlottesville

Game is in the rain.

Hope we bring some tents and space heaters for our usual "halftime behind the trees."

Last time I checked, it's 40% chance of rain, but Tech has more motivation and more experience playing in the rain than Duke this season. We are only a 6 point favorite. It sure would be nice to get an early lead and rest our starters for COFH, but we'll probably get another nail-biter in the rain.

Some would argue that taking and maintaining a 2 score lead going into the final second of game would secure victory for us.

The offense seem to finally connect on passes when Marshall just chucked it and let the WRs run out and grab it... Seemed like he was trying to place it earlier in the game and it wasn't working for him. I hope we can get it ironed out this weekend ahead of Georgia.

Alot can happen in a second. This is GT football we're talking about here.
There has to be a two TD lead with less time on the clock than is humanly possible before I ever relax. Even in games with seemingly insurmountable leads, I sit and think "they have 3 timeouts, TD, onside kick recovery, TD, onside kick recovery, TD and they got us" when there is 2 minutes left.

The Falcons, if you’re into that kind of stuff, took that maybe unreasonable (but understandable and real) anxiety to a next level.
