Next GT head Coach

Hell yeah, hallejujah brother, I'm smelling what you are cooking. He should be pain in the BOR's side to get GT a medical school and whatever the hell else we want. And more majors. If they don't approve a new one, rejigger an old one to be athlete friendly. Resist!!! Live free or die!!!

If progress continues to be made, I think there is a strong case to keep Woody unless the new coach has his own guy or is really attached to a different philosophy.

New coach has got to make that call. If CNW can’t persuade the new coach it shouldn’t matter that he persuaded a bunch a spectators.

I agree that the (still theoretical) new coach has to be given the freedom to make the decision. Forcing someone on him that he doesnt want would get the relationship off to a rocky start. Just mean that if performance justifies keeping him, the new coach would be smart to consider it.

While I dont expect it to happen I think Harbaugh would be a great idea. If he is denied something by the hill, he can just go ahead and say "this was good enough for Stanfordm but not for GT?"
 
Mike Gundy sitting at #10 on hot seat behind Johnson. Cowboys are 2-3. $5M per year but only $5M buyout. 50 years old.

Would be similar to a Leach hiring - exciting O but who knows on D.

Gundy being on the hot seat rankings is an example of why they are for entertainment purposes only. No way he becomes available.
