Brad Stewart

I’m friends with his aunt and uncle (Jim Jr). Got to speak to both quite a bit today.
I think Brad’s younger brother has made an official visit to GT
My partner lives next door to the Stewarts and is a huge fan of Brad’s. He says that all of the Stewart kids are incredible athletes. I think he said that Brad’s sister may be the best of them all and is apparently a beast at volleyball. This guy is a big Georgia fan, wanted Brad at Georgia in a bad way, and has been a big Tech fan since Tech gave him a shot when no one else did.

The call didn't look bad on tv. He had it and then his knee hit the ball. There wasn't enough there to overturn the call.

The question is did he use his knee to help maintain control of the ball. If the answer to that is yes, then it was incomplete because that occurred out of bounds. I dont think he could have completed the catch in bounds without using his knee so I thought incomplete.

I hope he'll teach Camp to drive like that before he graduates. Camp should have layed out in the endzone for his. Looked like the TD was in reach.
I thought the same thing initially but watching the replay you could tell he was pretty blatantly held. I'm not sure how that wasn't called.

I think college is kind of taking a cue from the NFL and easing up on looking for every little movement of the ball when reviewing a catch. I had no issues with that play standing -- though I agree in the past it might have been overturned.

I agree, however if it had been called incomplete it would have been upheld that way too.

His route was as good as his catch.
A stop 'n go route requires perfect timing. As few passes as we throw... its amazing we would even call it much less with the game on the line. Reminded me of the fourth down pass from JT to Stewart against F$U in 2015 (in terms of clutch value).

Met Brad at the hotel after the game. Just a very impressive young man. He was really proud of that catch and just contributing to another win.

COFH this year may be a long shot, but out guys fought through it this year. After 1-3 I thought we were toast, but these boys have fought hard. Lets get it for these last two
If the game goes down to the wire I like our chances. Gaggers haven't been in a competitive game all season.

Brad looked like Jimmy Robinson back in the 1970's, he was going to catch it
